Most of our animals have some kind of special needs that require special daily attention and would not make them a good fit for the average pet owner. Therefore a majority find sanctuary and a forever home at The Baum Shelter.
Our adoption program is on a case by case basis. We require an adoption application to be filled out and approved for every adoption. In addition, there is an adoption fee that varies depending on the animals needs. We also require veterinary references and a state issued ID.
